As Founding Partner of Access Search, Jamie has over 25 years of experience placing CFOs in private equity and growth equity-backed middle-market companies. He is one of the most experienced specialists in this space, known for the depth of his candidate relationships, the rigor of his process, and a genuine commitment to getting each placement right. He has collaborated with prominent firms like Berkshire Partners, Hellman & Friedman, and Warburg Pincus to enhance the value of portfolio companies through strategic hires. Over the course of his career, Jamie has placed more than 100 CFOs across PE-backed portfolio companies, working with funds across North America. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing, both from Miami University.
